Aircraft History

The Capri G2 is a two seat, piston-powered helicopter, designed to compete directly in the helicopter flight training environment.

The Capri G2 bears a striking resemblance to many of the modern Eurocopter products. This is no coincidence, as Bruno Guimbal, the designer of the Capri G2, is a former Eurocopter engineer. A three-bladed main rotor, and a Fenestron tail rotor, add to the family resemblance. Powered by a Lycoming O-360-J2A engine, producing 145 hp, the Capri G2 is ideally suited for flight training.
